The documentation for our products is always available and can be found within your customer account. Please create one first. We distinguish between 3 available documents:
- PDS (product data sheet)
- SDS (safety data sheet)
- COA (certificate of analysis) available upon request after your order via kwaliteit@groothandelolie.nl
In these documents, you can find all available information per product. This way, as Oliemeesters, we always want to be transparent with our customers.

Retourbeleid en voorwaarden
Retourneren
Voor consumenten: u heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te annuleren. U heeft na annulering nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product retour te sturen. U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag inclusief verzendkosten gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor retour van u thuis naar de webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening. Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en – indien redelijkerwijze mogelijk – in de originele staat en verpakking aan de ondernemer geretourneerd worden. Om gebruik te maken van dit recht kunt u contact met ons opnemen via info@groothandelolie.nl. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is.
Hygiene uitzondering
BELANGRIJK: Onze oliën worden hebben de functie voor cosmetica doeleinden. Hygiëne staat daarom bij ons, voor u, hoog in het vaandel. Al onze olie producten worden daarom ook verzegeld met een zogenaamde zegelring Indien u deze verbreekt bij het openen van de verpakking kunnen wij de kwaliteit en hygiene niet meer garanderen bij een eventueel retour. Volgens de Wet koop op afstand heeft u altijd het recht het product te retourneren binnen 14 dagen. Wij willen u er expliciet op wijzen dat dit recht vervalt als u de zegel verbroken heeft.
LET OP: wij zijn nooit verantwoordelijk voor een verkeerde toepassing van onze producten, zoals bijvoorbeeld in voedsel. Onze olien zijn voornamelijk getest en geproduceerd voor cosmetische doeleinden. Directe consumptie is dus uitgesloten.

Top service en kwaliteit
Al meerdere bestellingen gedaan. Ook als het niet direct goed gaat volgt er een snelle oplossing. Pompje en olieën die ik bestel bevallen goed. Hennepzaadolie gebruik ik voor mijn honden tegen jeuk en hiermee is het onder controle ( i.p.v. medicatie Apoquel).

Men heeft ons kosteloos een andere pomp toegestuurd en die werkt wel . Daar zijn we nu ook echt tevreden mee . Het was een misverstand dat men niet reageerde. Dus bij deze probleem netjes opgelost !!

Ik heb geklaagd maar er reageert niemand.. de pomp blijft na druppelen dus de olie ligt overal .. echt een miskoop
