Returns

For consumers: you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@groothandelolie.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good condition.

 

Hygiene exception

IMPORTANT: Our oils are intended for cosmetic purposes. Hygiene is therefore very important to us and to you. All our oil products are sealed with a so-called tamper-evident ring. If you break this seal when opening the packaging, we can no longer guarantee the quality and hygiene in case of a return. According to the Distance Selling Act, you always have the right to return the product within 14 days. We explicitly point out that this right expires if you have broken the seal.

PLEASE NOTE: we are never responsible for incorrect use of our products, such as in food. Our oils are primarily tested and produced for cosmetic purposes. Direct consumption is therefore excluded.
