Returns
For consumers: you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@groothandelolie.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Hygiene exception
IMPORTANT: Our oils are used for cosmetic purposes. Hygiene is therefore of paramount importance to us, for you. All our oil products are therefore sealed with a so-called signet ring. If you break this when opening the packaging, we can no longer guarantee the quality and hygiene in the event of a return. According to the Distance Selling Act, you always have the right to return the product within 14 days. We would like to explicitly point out that this right expires if you have broken the seal.
PLEASE NOTE: we are never responsible for incorrect application of our products, such as in food. Our oils have been tested and produced primarily for cosmetic purposes. Direct consumption is therefore excluded.
