These Terms of Use concern visiting and using our Website. By using the Website, you agree to these terms. They are separate from our General Terms and Conditions, which apply as soon as you place an order. We recommend that you read and save these Terms of Use.
Article 1. General
1.1. Below you will find the Terms of Use for using the Website of Oliemeesters B.V. (groothandelolie.nl). We recommend that you read them during your first visit and save them so that you can refer to them later.
1.2. By visiting and/or using the Website and/or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to them. If you do not agree, we ask you not to use the Website or register.
1.3. Our products may be harmful to health if used incorrectly and must be handled with care. Before purchasing and using them, we refer you to our safety instructions, disclaimer, allergen list, safety data sheets (SDS) and product data sheets (PDS). See also Article A7 of our General Terms and Conditions.

2.1. In these Terms of Use, the following terms have the following meanings:
Terms of Use: these Terms of Use of Oliemeesters B.V.
You: the individual, company or government body that visits, uses and/or registers on the Website by creating an account.
Oliemeesters B.V. / we: Oliemeesters B.V., located at Amersfoortseweg 30-26, 3751 LK Bunschoten, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 90231759, VAT number NL865250261B01.
Website: the website of Oliemeesters B.V., accessible via https://groothandelolie.nl and all associated subdomains.
Article 3. Purpose of the Website
3.1. The Website is intended to inform you about Oliemeesters B.V., our products and our activities, and to enable you to place orders.
Article 4. Availability of the Website
4.1. We aim to maintain a continuously available Website. Nevertheless, technical problems beyond our control may arise. We therefore cannot guarantee that the Website will always be accessible. We will do everything reasonably required to resolve disruptions as quickly as possible, insofar as they are not attributable to third parties.
4.2. For maintenance and security purposes, access to the Website or parts thereof may be blocked or restricted at any time.
Article 5. Permitted and Prohibited Use
5.1. You use the Website exclusively in accordance with these Terms of Use and the applicable laws and regulations.

b. automatically collect or copy data from the Website (scraping), other than through regular search engines for indexing;
c. provide false or misleading information, create accounts under a false identity, or misuse the ordering process;
d. use the Website for unlawful purposes or in a manner that harms the interests of Oliemeesters B.V., other users, or third parties.
5.3. Oliemeesters B.V. is entitled to restrict or block access to the Website, in whole or in part, if you act in violation of these Terms of Use, without prejudice to its other rights.

6.1. You may create an account for certain parts of the Website. You log in using a one-time login code that we send to your email address. You are responsible for access to and the security of the email address linked to your account, and for keeping the login codes sent to you confidential.
6.2. You are responsible for everything that occurs through your account. If you suspect that an unauthorized person has accessed your account or the email address linked to it, you must take appropriate measures as soon as possible and notify Oliemeesters B.V.
6.3. Oliemeesters B.V. is entitled to refuse, suspend, or revoke a registration or account, for example in the event of misuse or the provision of incorrect information. Further provisions on registration in connection with orders are set out in the General Terms and Conditions (Article A4).
Article 7. Reviews and User Contributions
7.1. If you post a review or other contribution on the Website, you warrant that it is truthful, does not infringe third-party rights, and is not unlawful, offensive, misleading, or otherwise contrary to the law or public decency.
7.2. Oliemeesters B.V. is entitled to refuse, shorten, or remove contributions without giving reasons, for example when they conflict with Article 7.1. Oliemeesters B.V. is not obliged to post or retain contributions.
7.3. By posting a contribution, you grant Oliemeesters B.V. a free-of-charge, non-exclusive right to use that contribution on the Website and in its communications, insofar as this is consistent with the purpose for which the contribution was posted.

8.1. Oliemeesters B.V. strives to provide current and reliable information via the Website. Nevertheless, Oliemeesters B.V. cannot guarantee that all published information is current, accurate, and complete at all times. No rights may therefore be derived from the information presented on the Website.

10.1. Oliemeesters B.V. processes your personal data in accordance with its privacy statement, which can be viewed on the Website.
Article 11. Orders and deliveries
11.1. All orders placed via the Website and all deliveries are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Oliemeesters B.V. These can be viewed and downloaded on the Website.

12.1. The Website may contain links to other websites. These links are provided solely for the user's convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or availability of those websites. If you visit a linked website, you do so at your own risk. Please note that other websites may have terms and conditions that differ from these Terms of Use.

13.1. Oliemeesters B.V. is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Website and/or its content, nor for damage arising from the use or content of websites linked to the Website in any way.
13.2. Oliemeesters B.V. expressly accepts no liability for any act or omission on your part, including the (personal) data you provide via the Website. Oliemeesters B.V. also provides no guarantees regarding its content.
13.3. Oliemeesters B.V. is not liable for damage resulting from the use of electronic means of communication via the Website, including damage caused by non-delivery or delays in electronic messages, interception or manipulation of messages by third parties, or viruses.
13.4. You are fully responsible and liable for your use of the Website and for the accuracy of the (personal) data you provide. You also warrant that you are authorized to provide this data and place orders through the Website.
13.5. The limitations of liability included in these Terms of Use do not apply if the damage results from intent or willful recklessness on the part of Oliemeesters B.V.
13.6. These liability provisions apply to the use of the Website. Liability for products, orders, and deliveries is governed by our General Terms and Conditions.
Article 14. Amendments
14.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use unilaterally. The most current version is always available on the Website. If you continue to use the Website after an amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, stop using the Website.
Article 15. Disputes
15.1. These Terms of Use are governed by Dutch law. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes shall be submitted to the competent Dutch court in the district where Oliemeesters B.V. has its registered office.
