Delivery and returns

Once you have placed your order, we will start processing it as soon as possible to deliver your package. Our delivery time is 1-5 business days. Shipping is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, the shipping cost is €5.95. We only deliver with reliable carriers such as PostNL and DHL. Generally, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Returns are also possible if the products have not been opened. If you want to return your product(s), please email info@groothandelolie.nl. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the error is on our part, we will of course cover the costs.
