How is almond oil made?
Almond trees are grown in Morocco, Southern Europe, Iran, Turkey and California. 80% of almonds come from California. The almond nuts clean them and are cold ground or pressed. In this process, the temperature does not exceed 35℃. During pressing, the oil comes out of the nuts and then the oil is filtered once.
How are the almonds grown and collected?
Almonds grow almond trees. And are fully ripe in the fall. There is a shell around the nut, when it is dry and splits open it is time to pick the almonds. Around August or September they fall from the trees and are then fully ripe. The trees are shaken with large machines and all almonds can fall down and be picked up

Inspiration Recipe
Make your own body scrub with almond oil.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of sugar
- 120 ml almond oil
- 10 drops of your favorite essential oil
Mix all ingredients well together and make a substance that is not too thin. Add more of the essential oil according to your preference.
Usage:
- Cleanse the body in the shower
- Massage the scrub in with circulating movements
When you're completely done, rinse it off with warm water.
