How these reviews are collected

After every delivery, Judge.me automatically sends the customer an invitation. We only see the review once it has been posted and cannot change anything about it. Every review is linked to a real order, so you are only reading experiences from people who actually bought from us.

Reviews for each product too

Unsure about a specific oil? Each product page lists the reviews for that product separately, including reviews from customers who ordered that exact item. Often, that tells you more than a general opinion of the store.

What customers write about most often

Recurring topics include the quality and purity of the oils, fast delivery from our own stock, and the fact that you can order without a minimum purchase or quotation. The documentation for each product and personal advice are also mentioned regularly.

What our Judge.me medals mean

Judge.me awards medals based on hard figures, not on what we claim ourselves. We have these:

And what if something goes wrong?
