What is Shea Butter | Karité Butter?

Shea butter is a natural buttery substance extracted from the nuts of the shea tree. It is often used in cosmetics because of its moisturizing properties and rich texture. Shea butter is a popular ingredient in skincare products such as creams, lotions, and lip balms because it hydrates, softens, and protects the skin from dryness. It contains essential fatty acids and vitamins that nourish the skin and can help reduce dry skin, wrinkles, and irritation. Shea butter is also used in hair care products due to its nourishing and softening effects on hair.
